Territory Sales Manager – Southeastern U.S.

 

AML is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the southeastern United States, with experience in technology sales. AML is a 37-year old, privately-held company, based in Dallas, Texas, that designs and manufactures barcode-centric products such as mobile computers and stationary kiosks. Our products are the only Made-In-America products in our industry. We sell to Fortune 500 companies, small companies and everything in between. Given the proliferation of barcode usage, there are very few commercial operations that are not a potential prospect for our products.

 

The position involves building and nurturing a network of channel partners that are qualified in the sale of data collection products in a wide variety of industries. Our products are designed to be installed on wireless networks, so a good understanding of network connectivity as well as a fundamentally good technical aptitude is absolutely essential. The typical audience members for our products are IT personnel so collaborating on their level is crucial.

 

The Territory Sales Manager can be based in anywhere in the southeastern U.S.

 

The position offers a reasonable base salary with an aggressive commission plan that is not capped.  High performance sales managers can make well into six figures in their second year once they are established. After that, the sky is the limit. You must speak English, but Bilingual skills are a plus. Superior communication skills, both verbally and written, are obvious required skills. High energy, self-starting, financially motivated, and ready to work are the pre-requisites. We operate in a very entrepreneurial mode. You will be trained, given all the tools you need to succeed and then you take it from there.
