The M7170 Truck Mount Computer mounts directly to industrial warehouse vehicles such as forklift trucks and enables real-time data transfer between mobile operators and back-end host applications. Built to last with heavy-duty steel construction and an IP54 environmental rating, the M7170 is ideally suited for real-time receiving, put-away, picking and shipping applications in rugged warehouse environments. Optional cold storage heater option available.

The M7170 Truck Mount Terminal integrates easily and quickly into a wide range of computing environments. Each M7170 Vehicle Mount Terminal ships pre-loaded with VT100/VT220 terminal emulation, a native TN5250 client, FTP server, HTTP server, TELNET client, Web Browser, WEP and WPA/WPA2 advanced encryption and authentication capabilities (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS, and PSK-TKIP). And as a member of the AML M7100 family of wireless terminals, the M7170 Vehicle Mount Computer rapidly integrates into wireless data collection applications where AML M7100 wireless handheld terminals and AML M7140 stationary terminals are deployed.
