  RMA number (RMA XXXXX) must be clearly marked on the outside of the trade-in terminal packaging in large print. Non-U.S. customers must include a commercial invoice.

• Attach a copy of your dated invoice from an authorized AML reseller, for proof of purchase.

• AML will issue a $150.00 rebate check upon receipt of terminal trade-in, rebate coupon, and proof of purchase.
  
  
• Allow 6-8 weeks for rebate check.

This offer is valid only for qualifying purchases of AML M5900 Series Data Terminals in the United States and Canada by end-users only. Void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. Rebate payable in U.S. dollars only. Not valid with any other offers and does not apply to any other AML products. This offer applies only to the first retail end-user and is not transferable. A direct or indirect AML reseller, or any organization which sells new or used terminals as part of their business or an associate division, is not eligible to claim program rebates for themselves as an End-user Customer.

Valid for product purchased and shipped from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. Claims must be postmarked no later than July 15, 2008. Trade-in units must be in working condition and include accessories (if applicable). Rebate will not apply for non-working units. Hand written invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Offer does not apply to refurbished, used, or demo products. AML must receive returned terminals and all documentation by July 31, 2008. Any terminal returned or documentation received after July 31, 2008 will be disqualified from the program, rebates will be denied and the associated terminal(s) will be discarded. All terminals returned to and received by AML become the sole property of AML. It will be at AML´s discretion to either discard or return at owner´s expense terminals received after July 31, 2008.

AML is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected shipments, incomplete, incorrect or illegible claims or mail. All returned units must be sent freight prepaid, or they will not be accepted. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. AML reserves the right to change specifications of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
