- Pre-loaded Applications - 6 simple programs already exist on your device to help you create item lists and help track those item in your everyday business activities.
- Inventory - Take inventory by recording the quantity for each item number on a shelf. A description is displayed after each item number is scanned in so that the user can be sure the items are on the right shelf.
- Stock Control - Take stock and flag any item that needs to be reordered.
- Price Verification - Scan a UPC or other barcode that exists in the lookup. Display the description of the item and its price if the item was found in the lookup file. Wait up to 10 seconds and then ask for the next item.
- Asset Tracking - Stores the Location code, Process code (like checkin or checkout), User and DateTime of each item processed. The previously entered Location, Process and User will persist with each screen reload to help process multiple items at once. Use F8 to enter a new Location code or Process code or simply arrow up and change them. The User code will still be prompted for each time so it is easy to process for the next user.
- Document Tracking - Helps you keep records of where all of your important documents are by tracking Location, Cabinet, FileID, Document ID and the Date and Time that Document ID was verified to be in that location.
- Security - Scan barcodes on backs of ID cards of people passing through checkpoint or barcodes placed at checkpoints for scanning while doing rounds, log anything suspicious in addition to date time at checkpoint. Keeps rolling description of Task. Logs DateTime that Record was scanned or input. Displays a description if found, including any special instructions. Provides a field to log any notes.
- Shipping and Receiving - Log all of the items in an order, along with the order's ship or receive date and time, and the quantity of each item in the order. Allows the user to enter the OrderNo, ship/receive time, and whether it is an item shipped or an item received once for each order. Once that much is filled out, the user scans in the item number and fills out the quantity for each item in the order. The user can hit F8 to input a new order, or up arrow to change one of the fields.
- Factory Floor Management - Set up a station to log items moving from Point A to Point B. Once set up with the Point A and PointB codes, the user simply scans each item as it moves through the station.
