Walkthrough: Let's create a simple inventory program from start to finish.

This is the plan:

• Create and configure your capture file

• Create and configure a lookup file

• Add a Screen with Fields

• Configure your Screen's Fields to use the Lookup and Capture Files

• Save and send the program to the M5900.

Open the M5900 Program Generator application on your PC by double clicking the M5900 Programmer icon on your desktop.

Click on New Program to start with a new M5900 Program

We are ready to start.
